Do I need print-ready artwork?
A vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) is preferred. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can work with it — just know high-res files produce the best results.
What are your minimums?
Disposable cups start at 1 case (1,000 cups). Apparel starts at 24 pieces. Glassware starts at 48 pieces. Promotional products vary by item.
How do I pay?
We require 100% payment upfront. Once your order is confirmed we'll send you a payment link. Production begins after payment clears.
Is there a credit card processing fee?
Yes — a 4% processing fee applies to card payments. We also accept ACH bank transfer with no fee.
How long does production take?
7–10 business days after art approval and payment. Larger orders may require additional lead time — contact us if you have a hard deadline.
Do you ship outside El Paso?
Yes — we ship statewide across Texas and nationwide. San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and DFW are active markets. Contact us for a shipping estimate.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes — we support Pantone color matching for screen printing to keep your brand consistent across all products.
Can I reorder without setting up again?
Yes. Reorders with no art changes have a reduced setup fee of $20–$25 depending on the product. No need to resubmit artwork.
Do you do embroidery?
Yes — we embroider polos, hats, jackets, and more. Embroidery pricing varies by garment size and stitch location. Great for uniforms and corporate apparel.
What promotional products do you offer?
Pens, bags, drinkware, notebooks, lanyards, keychains, and hundreds more. If you can brand it, we can source it. Contact us with your item and quantity.
Can you handle large promo orders?
Yes — we work with hotels, restaurants, event organizers, and corporate clients of all sizes. Reach out and we'll build a custom quote same day.
